See-through Huawei P8 cover gives us information about the design of the phone
A clear plastic cover allegedly made for the Huawei P8 reveals some information about the design of the phone. On the right side of the cover we see openings for the volume keys and the power button. On the back is a large opening that is wide enough to support a fingerprint scanner or a dual camera system. A small opening in the upper corner would apparently house a dual flash.
The Huawei P8 is skipping MWC in Barcelona next month, and will be unveiled in London on April 15th. The device will feature a 5.2-inch screen with a 1080 x 1920 resolution. The manufacturer's CEO says that it is folly to equip a smartphone with a 1440 x 2560 resolution screen. Richard Hu said last year that consumers cannot tell the difference between a FHD and QHD screen, so why waste battery life on the higher resolution display.
A 64-bit octa-core Kirin 930 CPU is under the hood and 3GB of RAM is on board. 32GB of native storage is inside. A 13MP rear-facing camera carries OIS and a 2600mAh battery keeps the lights on. We should see Android 5.0 pre-installed out of the box. Last week, we passed along a rumor about a "Lite" version of the phone that reportedly will also see the light of day on April 15th. Source
